YOKOHAMA: Nissan has taken the wraps off of their new iteration of the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder.
The 7-seater SUV builds upon the characteristics of its predecessors.
From the outside, the Pathfinder is an aggressive vehicle to look at. It’s got a three-slot grille up front along with C-shaped headlights and a floating roofline.
On the side the fenders fuse with the headlights to give it a beefed-up stance. At the back, the tailgate has PATHFINDER inscribed in block letters so that people behind you always know who’s leading them. The SUV sits on new aluminum-alloy wheels.

Under the hood of the new Pathfinder is a 284-horsepower 3.5-liter Direct Injection V6 with 259 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The 4WD variants feature a 7-Position Drive and Mode Selector with modes ranging from snow to mud available to choose from. The Pathfinder can also tow anything that weighs up to 6000-pounds.

On the inside you are greeted with a 12.3-inch digital dashboard along with a 10.8-inch HUD Display. The seat flexibility inside the Pathfinder has also been improved. Nissan claims that with the three rows up, the SUV can easily carry 4 golf bags without any problems.
The new Pathfinder will go on sale in the US this summer.
